The city of Weifang is located in the middle of the Shandong Peninsula. With the Yishan Mountain in its south and the Bohai Sea to its north, Weifang occupies an important position between inland Shandong and the peninsula areas. The city is close to Qingdao and Yangtai, famous ports, in the east, Zibo and Dongying, important industrial and mining cities, in the west, and Linyi and Rizhao in the south. Weifang belongs to the temperate zone eastern monsoon area, with distinct four seasons and pleasant weather. The total area is 15,800 square kilometers ,with the population of 8.6 million.
